House Extension in Cobham
Jonathan & Niki decided they needed more space but didn't want to undergo the drama of selling up and moving just yet, so instead they opted to increase the space in their current family home in Cobham by adding an extension to the rear of the property.
Naturally they were abit apprehensive about a large project such as this so to reassure them we offered to put them in touch with some of our references to make sure everything checked out, a few days later we had a decision and the go-ahead to start work.
The initial planning stages saw us agree on timeframes, design style, sizes and other integral details that enabled works to begin taking on board their tastes and character to deliver them a space they'd be proud of.

New Stone Slab Driveway
Justin's driveway had become quite sunken as the old structure gradually was giving up.
Having been down for many decades it had certainly lasted up until now, his wife reminded him each year that it would be nice to have it done properly and give the house a new lease of life.
Which is where we came in!
A full new driveway laid using large stone slabs.
Not only is there plenty of space to park the cars but also no potholes to trip up on.

Composite Decking Horley
With Summer fast approaching our client Roger had decided their space was in desperate need of a revamp as they'd planned a surprise birthday party but the garden resembled more of an embarrassment than a space fit for a party!
An extremely tight deadline, a positive impression to make and the opportunity to make someones birthday complete, sounds like a challenge for the Building & Landscapes team which we quite happily got moving with.
Having such a short window of time available means there can be no room for mistakes or slacking off as every minute counts, and of course you can never predict what the British weather has in store for us.
Bathroom Refurbishment Cobham
Having tackled other areas of the house it soon became apparent that the neglected bathroom should be next up on the list of projects to tackle, so Mrs McKay asked us to come and take care if it for her.
A completely new bathroom was installed by us providing a much more spacious tub, modern tiling on the walls and flooring and a heated towel radiator.
Opting for an artistic range of tiles to really complement the suite we staggered the edge finish to make it more eye catching.
Just imagine how much nicer it feels when getting out of the refreshing morning shower now or having a wind down soak in the tub at the end of a tough day.

New Shingle Driveway Cobham
John asked us to come and take a look at replacing his old driveway as it had sunk quite a bit, had weeds poking through and just generally looked a bit knackered.
He'd already decided to go for a shingle option as it looks nice but also the noise of it provides a bit of added security as he is alerted to visitors instantly, as there are horses kept in the stables and other valuable.
We think the results speak for themselves and it turned out perfectly.
Everyone was over the moon with the finished project!

New Roof Installation Charlwood
New pitch roof construction on an old building that was being converted into a new family home for our clients.
Due to the age of the building special care was required and also the regulations become a bit stricter with what can and cannot be done.
Suffice to say the buildings inspector was happy with the work we'd carried out and enabled us to preserve the building and it's history for many more years to come.
